Interior and exterior painting in Grosse Pointe, MI

Planning a repaint in the City of Grosse Pointe? Plintz Painting helps homeowners refresh their spaces with careful preparation and a written plan. Tell us whether you want a single-room update, several connected rooms, or exterior surfaces evaluated for repainting.

Make connected rooms feel considered

When rooms open into one another, color and sheen choices affect the whole view. For your interior painting project, consider the walls, ceilings, doors, and trim together—even if only some are included in the work. Point out visible patches or worn areas during the estimate so the preparation can be discussed before painting.

Start your exterior estimate with the surfaces

For exterior painting, identify which painted surfaces you want refreshed and which finishes should remain as they are. We discuss coating condition, preparation, and access. A clear list of included areas helps you compare estimates and understand the work.

Planning a repaint before moving furniture in?

Share your move-in date and access arrangements when requesting an estimate. If you already live in the home, tell us which rooms need to remain available. We can discuss sequencing and scheduling before you commit; availability depends on the scope and calendar.

Owner-operated painting, with a clear scope

Jeremiah and Matthew stay directly involved in your project. Plintz Painting is fully insured, never subcontracts its work, and backs qualifying work with a 3-year limited workmanship warranty. See our own project photos and what to expect during painting.
